I have been using Thavma Balm for about 4 weeks. I am amazed at the pain relief it has given me. I have arthritis in both knees with constant pain in the left one. I was walking with a limp due to the pain. I rub a very small amount on both knees before leaving for work in the morning. The pain relief lasts nearly all day. I also use Thavma Balm on the top of both my arms and shoulders, knuckles and hands.
I have an infection in my gum at the moment and tried the Thavma Balm on my cheek with amazing results, still needed antibiotics but had no pain once I applied the cream.
Also use Thavma Balm on my temples when I have a headache.
I am nearly 70 years old working full time and would recommend Thavma Balm to anyone who is needing pain relief.
I love the smell and it absorbs quickly into the skin.
