We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please contact us at info@thavmahealth.com before sending your product back to us, to commence a return and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your product.  It is imperative that you contact us prior to sending the product back to process the return.

Once we have received your product, your funds will be refunded automatically via your original payment method. Please note it can take a few business days for your bank to process the refund.
